If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right.

Change of Mind

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind on opened items.

If your product is unopened and in original condition, you can request a return within 14 days of delivery.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery at:

Include:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the issue

We’ll organise a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.


First-Time Purchase Guarantee

If it’s your first time trying Sunday Salt and you’re genuinely not happy, reach out.

We’re building this brand for real people, not perfect outcomes.
We’ll work with you to find a fair solution.


Refunds

Once approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method.

Please allow 3 to 7 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank.


Subscriptions

You can manage, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing cycle.

Refunds are not issued for orders that have already been processed and shipped.
